KEBE at the Athens University of Economics and Business – Presentation on Digital Transformation and AI in Modern Manufacturing

Northern Greece Ceramics – KEBE participated on November 28th, 2025, in an academic session of the Department of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). The presentation was held following an invitation by Assistant Professor Dr. Konstantinos Petridis, within the course “Operations and Service Management”.

Mr. Giorgos Gotsidis, Digital Transformation Manager of the company, presented to the students the dynamic transition of modern industry toward a new production model, where technology, artificial intelligence and data-driven measurement systems serve as catalysts for excellence, consistency and continuous improvement.

During his presentation, he highlighted how digital innovation, KPIs and AI-driven systems are reshaping the Greek manufacturing sector, showcasing real examples and applications from Northern Greece Ceramics. He emphasized the importance of data reliability, automation and analytics-based decision-making as key pillars of competitiveness for Greek industrial enterprises.
